I was appointed during the latter stages of the build. I recruited the entire galley team, created inventories, storage plans, working rosters, order systems and standards for a 7 day week, 365 day a year operation for 55 crew and up to 34 guests. I fully equipped and set up both galleys onboard with consumables and non-consumables, keeping within the given budget. I played a leading role in the logistic planning and the setup of galley operations for both the owner and crew. This has given me huge amount of hands on experience and I have all the documentation and plans to help support future roles where this experience may be required.
